She is sweet, easy to talk to, but most importantly, she is truly a gifted colorist and I wouldn't trust my hair color to anyone else. I have never been disappointed. I have short hair and usually find it difficult to get a good cut. I am always happy when I leave Lux. I also am extremely happy with the highlights I get there. Lux is priced fairly for the quality.
