Over Hyped; Over Priced
I had read all of the glowing media reviews of 1 N Belmont and had very high expectations. I did read the one negative review on Citysearch but frankly dismissed it as a patron disguntled because they had forgotten about his reservation. Eat here if you like snotty waiters and sitting on the john for days...
Not one thing went right at this place. We made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and when we arrived they had no record of it. In hindsight, I wish they didn't make room for us, but they did get us seated within 30 min. However, it was like an oven in the place-- seriously probably 85 degrees.
