- Dont count on their word.My daughter bought her laptop at bestbuy and purchased a warranty. She took it to Geek Squad in North Olmsted and was given a completion date of 9-18-08. She has contacted them several time since this completion date and has been given the run around. This laptop is her life , her business. They were supposed to fix it or replace it .
