so before moving in i was told the condo was dirty as it was going to be remodeled so they didn't clean it, but changed their mind when i needed to move quickly. so i had to clean the bathroom and kitchen pretty well when i moved in, the carpets were a little dirty also. when i moved out they charged me for the outside patio having dirt on it(when it rains the dirt and mulch end up on the patio...
