He was thorough, helpful about my options, and on time. He was also able to investigate whether my older home's plumbing could handle the tankless water heater and the additional pump needed to move the water from the heater to the lower part of the house down the hill. I now have hot water where I never did before.

Todd Conover was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was able to come to the house the day after I called (not an emergency) and had a crew on the job the day after that. He did not try to sell me on unnecessary fixes/upgrades. The job came in under budget (slightly), although I did not receive an itemized bill for parts and labor.
