She cuts, styles, and cuts again to make sure every hair is exactly right. Best of all, the cuts grow in beautifully, which is the best indicator of a great stylist.

I was there to have a European 1 hour facial. Since I am from Europe, I can tell it did not feel like a European facial. She forgot or ignored everything that she would have needed to do. Just like when you order a stake and you get a fish instead in an expensive restaurant. I hated it! I hated the feeling that I expected to get something and I never got it.
