We are staying in a hotel & assumed the delivery charge + the convenience fee paid the driver. I place larger delivery orders daily. Even though I pay delivery charge and tip, it is better than spending an hour driving, parking and waiting at busy restaurants.
They usually come within the time quoted. Even if they are late, the food hot.
In addition, the drivers are very friendly. They like to set up the food for me, and label all the dishes by name.

This service is so slow! Yes, you do have a good selection of restaurants to choose from, but it takes them forever to get your order to you. Make sure you're not hungry when you order because you will be furious when they don't deliver on time. I've used them 4 times and all 4 times they have been late.
