2. Refund impossible with Clinic Manager that lacks any customer service or sense or urgency
   My information was picked from a contest to receive credit towards a packet. I went in on Tuesday Sept 2nd, 2008 with a 4pm appointment to meet and see what package to select. After my meeting I picked two packages and opened a laser credit account. My first appointment was scheduled for the Sept. 4th so the clinic manager charged the account for that day. 3. Stay Away
   Make you purchase a package and pay in advance for all services and then refused to give me my money back for future services I couldn't use because it was too painful for me. No where on does it state no refunds. They have terrible customer service. Double book appointments so you have to wait or not get your full treatment time or come back a second time to finish.

4. Terrible experince. I wll never go there again.
   Take it from this burned patient. This place is only interested in getting your money. I went to this place when it was in Draper on about 4th East. These guys seem to move around a lot. The third treatment I was burned severely and it was only then that the 'doctor' saw me. Spend your money at a place where the doctor is actually involved. This place just rents space inside doctors office...
