    Price was good and the work was quality however communication between site manager and project manager was lacking. The project manager never pulled a permit (which was part of the contract price and a local requirement) until we insisted on the day of installation after the site manager let the crew start working.

    The project was to re-shingle 1/3 of my house, and fix a valley that was giving me problems. Customer service was excellent and the crew very professional. The roofers completed the job in one full day and the dumpster was removed within a week. I did have a leaking skylight (an old style that another contractor didn't want to touch).     They were very fast with the window installation. Both of the installers were polite, professional, and knew what they were doing. They cleaned as they went along, and stayed till after dark in order to finish the project in order to beat the weather that was coming in the following day.
