They need to get a better head chef back there. Their sous chefs don't know what they are doing. On two different occasions I had serious, SERIOUS, dirt and grit in the wasabi mashed potatoes. Disgusting. I shudder to think at what other carelessness the rest of the food is handled with.

We tried RA for the first time and were NOT impressed at all by what we had. Food was awful. The sushi rice fell apart in your mouth and had no texture or taste whatsoever. Not Worth All the Hype
The swanky atmosphere isn't enough to keep me coming. Bartenders can't handle traffic and are simply rude. Martinis need work. Food service is slow and waiters are not attentive. The restaurant is beautiful; there are tons of things to look at.
