FINALLY, Sugarcoat came to my rescue. It is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN and the atmosphere is light, airy and very chic. It is across from the Fish Market on Pharr Rd. in Buckhead. The parking in the deck is a bit confusing (park on the firstt 2 levels) but I hear that valet parking is coming soon!
