Bartender could not be bothered to serve us or answer a question about a container behind the bar that looked like juice. As we paid and started to leave, he said "have a good night and don't bother to come back."
Visited Pulse for allegedly good drinks - we certainly did not expect such a horrible experience since we were happy to put up with their sub-standard martinis.

The bartenders are friendly (unlike some of the other trendy bars) and the bathrooms are clean. The only downside to this place is that it is hard to find parking, but that's to be expected when you are downtown.
