These guys (sparkling carpets) are really fantastic. They informed me the email with price quote and preparation for cleaning. On job day when they arrived and started doing job there, I left for my office. I had left check there but when I returned in evening I found carpet was not cleaned properly. So, I called and they were glad to come again and redo the job.
