Dr. Rivkin basically took less than two minutes to look at my face and suggested that I have one of the most expensive procedures the spa offers. His office was very busy, cramped and I waited almost 30 minutes to see him. I felt like I was on an assembly line and I didn't feel like the doctor gave me individual advice.
