Specific in asking the esthitstion in performing extractions, and use of laser light to "zap" a flare up of acne.
She instead did not listen and spent only 25 minutes on my skin, the majority of the time focusing on massaging head, arms, and hands.
This spa came highly recomended by a friend who had a wax, however, I am very dissapointed, and will not return.
