I arrived at 10:50 (as requested) and waited until 11:30 to get my first service. The second time I made appointments I again called a few days before to confirm and this time they had me down for the wrong services. To top it off, the massage therapist did not give me the full 50 minute body polish that I paid for and my "hour" massage was not an hour either.
