Now in Dec 2009, I call and they tell me they only sell 1 year service plans, my plan is no longer valid. But I have their representative's signature on 2 documents clearly showing it to be a 5-year plan.
Be careful with these guys, they do good work, but DO NOT get suckered into a service plan.
