Didn't think the food was really impressive - it was not horrible, but nothing special. Ordered the baby spinach and the hanger steak . Both were pretty forgettable.
Didn't really enjoy the ambiance or service either. The service wasn?t so good as I thought.
This place has definitely been on my list of places to go for a while, glad I can finally check it off! Won't be going back - too...

i had an awful experience at this restaurant. beef tacos were teeny tiny, shrimp appetizer tasted like frozen, drinks were just ok. my reservations were not honored and walk-ins were seated before me. the hostess and manager were very unprofessional. i would not recommend this restaurant, one of my worst dining experiences in the city.

The food is consistently dleicious and the drinks are always good. Also, for a Mexican place, they usually have a couple of good draft beers instead of the boring, regular stuff. Each dish is a wonderfully unique and upscale take on traditional Mexican flavors. The drinks are tasty and the price fix menu is well worth the splurge, just make sure you're hungry. With the exception of the cool upstairs bathroom, the decor is kinda old school cheezy mex -- pastels, etc. The service is ok -- some of the staff was busier with friends than with customers.
