I love this hospital. Dr. Hah saved my dog on her first visit last year, had her under anesthesia before I ever left the room to go pay. I had to take her back last week and he sees her immediately, she loves him and I love him. I won't go anywhere else.

I will never take my animals to Dr. Hah again.. He is very rude and almost killed my dog due to his lack of knowledge in the medication given to my dog. On another occasion, he was only worried that I paid my bill before he actually got started on anything... I have now left and will never take my dog back again. He is arrogant and rude and his attitude definitely leaves something to be desired.....

I took my 7 year old dog there for a wellness exam (after moving here from Chicago). The last 4 yrs I only kept going because of 2 employees who were very knowledgeable,kind,& efficient. I recently found out in the last 5 mos. that they were no longer there. He knew what he was doing and is obviously very educated. I can tell he cares about the animals and their suffering and wants to make them feel better. He always has the time to spend with us, to discuss the issues or just see how are dog has been doing. He and his staff have a wonderful passion for their patients.

The staff was either uneducated in terms of customer service or of the animal health field while the doctor gave the impression that he wasn't interested in anything but the fees.
