Where do I start.....I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR TO WRITE THIS..I am $4500.00 dollars (cash) in to lipo. I am #9 sessions in out of #12 and my tattoo is still "black as night ". I did get three different professional appionts, and they all said three things matter most 1). where is it located 2). what color ink 3). dark or light skin....I suposedly have the best for removal...fair-white skin...
