I am from Dallas, Texas and whenever there has been a problem with the ring (very rarely), he has taken care of it with no questions asked. I was told that I would receive the appraisal within 2 weeks. After 4 weeks went by I called and left 2 messages and neither was returned. I called and spoke to someone and left a personal message.
