The fresh from the oven pita bread is out of this world. Fadi's also makes whole wheat pita which is to die for as well. The baba ghanoush is excellent and the cauliflower is like no other I have ever had. The cabbage rolls are wonderful, but only served on Saturday nights. A recent order of fish however had sat on the steam table so long it was dried out.
Like many ethnic restaurants, Fa...
I went in looking for something different and what I receive were an experience. I enjoyed the service and the food. The interior was clean and very different from others had an identity of it's own. One of the service persons explain the menu and even knew the dish concept, I was impress and will be back again. this is a nice place to impress clients for that early dinner reservation you will not...
Food is great , always fresh, big variety, even vegeterians can have many choices, place is always packed for a reason, I have been there many times to both at Beechnut and Westhiemer locations and always was happy and satisfied with what I had, their grill is really something to reckon with , take your friends and have a great meal
disgust! is all i can say i had a small pest in my tabuli, and when i told the young lady at the cashier she ignored me that lady is very rude! iv never had such a sickining meal, between the two lebanease resturants ive been too id recomend you guys to go to dimassi's mediterranean buffet the foods delcious and they always have fresh food. they also have the hottest casheirs medo and mona but th...
We were pretty antsy to get out post hurricane and were crazing mediterranean! We saw reviews of this and were looking forward to it! As we approached, we saw that most of the block didn't have power and were hoping that they'd still be open! To our luck, they were! They were running on backup generators! Though, they didn't have their full menu up, they still had a great handful of choices from ...
My wife and ate at the Fadi's on Westheimer and Dunvale. Everything was fine and tased good. Until of course my wife looked up and noticed a pigeon at the top the wall. We sat at opposite side from the line where you give your order. I walked over to the cooks and asked "Who is the manager?" He mentioned she was at the register so I walk to her and waited until she finished with the customer. I s...
I ate at this restaurant twice. I thought, after the first meal, that maybe I just ordered the wrong food, or caught them on a bad day. I love Mediterranean food. This is really bad, super over-priced, Mediterranean. The rice was dry and old. The meat in each dish I ordered was tough and dry. I could barely chew the beef or chicken without reaching for water. My dinner guests, each time, had the ...
i'm your typical hamburger and french fry girl...well this was my first time eating mediterranean food and by far i'm not an adventerous person . well i thought in the spirit of adventure i tried the suculant leg of lamb it was calling my name over the mouth watering baked chicken....BOY WAS IT GOOD!!! The lamb was so tender it literaly fell off the bone....all i can say is I WILL BE BACK FADI......
Always fresh, delicious and very inexpensive food. For those who think this place is expensive, maybe you should stick with fast food which by the way is not prepared, presented nor as delicious as Fadi's. Portions are plentiful and everything I have tried has been superb. For two people (who do not mind sharing a plate) I recommend sharing 4 sides and each get a separate meat or fish. All staff ...
We ordered lunch for 19 visiting dignitaries because we'd heard Fadi's had good mid-eastern food. "good" was an understatement! When I picked up the food (Westheimer location), it was hot, and the staff very helpful in getting it to the car.
The food was absolutely delicious! Our guests scarfed down all of it and none was left for the staff (and we ordered plenty...so we thought!)
I wo...
Middle eastern food, especially the one that is found at Fadi's is known as fast food. But having to spend over 10 dollars per dish is unacceptable. I would recommend for this restaurant to overhauld their Cost Accounting to make it a better price to value ratio. One thing I truly like about the restaurant is their atmosphere, how they display the food, and the friendliness of the staff. Clea...
Ok, this food is NOT authentic middle eastern food. Now that would not be a big issue if it was still good food, but it's not! The menu is a hybrid of foods from all over and the arabic dishes they have don't even come close to tasting good. I have been there twice and I left both times regretting it. Not a good value for the money at all if you ask me
And one more thing, no AC in the middle of ...
I LOVE Fadi's. The chain is family-owned and operated, and the food is authentic and delicious. I first went to Fadi's at the urging of a Lebanese friend who knows the Fadi brothers, and he told me it's the only place in town to find delicious and authentic Lebanese/Mediterranean food. Boy, was he right! The fresh pitas, creamy hummus, and fresh roasted Baba Ganoush just danced in my mouth. The s...
This was the absolute worst Mediterranean food I have ever eaten! The food was disgusting, the server got our order wrong, and the prices were high & horrible!!!! $50-60 for two adult and two kid entres, and that is with NO alcohol or dessert, What a waste of time and money!!!!!
We will NEVER go back.
Best hummus in town. I love this place. The portions are huge so I normally get the 1 meat and 2 sides and share with who ever I go with and we still have left overs. Be sure to ask for the fresh pita bread for the hummas it is wonderful.
