I'm sorry to hear that others didn't have a good experience at K-9. When we adopted our dog (first dog I've ever had), we took him to K-9 for training. Read More On Citysearch Citysearch User 9/22/2008 - I will never take my dog back!I boarded my dog for one night with explicit instructions to only feed her the food that I brought in for her due to her having a bad stomach. I brought her home and she has vomited several times and now has diarhea. I called and was told she 'might' have been fed the incorrect food and she 'might' have been given the wrong snacks. I have used the place for 6+ yrs, but the service continues to go downhill with each visit. Upon pickup they failed to tell me about my dogs badly torn pad, of which he will not bear weight and it is oozing. They also failed to care for it properly, during his stay. They are great with the animals and treat them like they are there own. They are excellant here. They have some great prices for training. They fill up fast so you have to call a head of time to get in. They have a great location.

They have a great new facility where you can select what size run you want your dog to have (prices vary based on size). We are happy with the facility, but think their customer service could use a little work. Most of the time the people at the front desk hardly pay any attention to you when you drop your dog off.
