- Poorly run office
The manager can't mail the statements for payment on time, then mails late notices and claims she can't adjust for you. Just received Nov statement date 11-8 on 11-20 for 2 of the 5 units we have here. This is after last month's fiasco which determined they changed the address, it is wrong, we received no Oct statements and they still refuse to adjust late fees.
