    Only on my second treatment and have not had to shave for about three weeks. I was told laser hair removal did not work but that is definitely not true. I guess you just have to go to the right place. I suggest this place.

    Louisville laser was a horrible experience. they refused to reimburse me for poor service, pre-paid future visits, and failed treatments. they are very rude and unprofessional. they only abide by their resheduling fee rule whenever they want. their conduct isn't appropriate in the workplace and they do not wish to please a customer. their lack of care for good service forces you to be very uncom...

27. Are you on call? Sudden schedule changes? For $1000 fee, Avoid this place.
    well, i work at a hospital and called in to work the day of the appt. I called a day ahead to let them know- and will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. I've had to call in twice before for the same and wasn't charged. I suppose filling that 10 minutes it takes to laser the face is insurmountable.
