The Kitty City is a well designed, beautiful facility, clean, airconditioned, sound proofed (so you don't hear dogs barking outside), very homey place. Their cat cubicles are very cozy and clean. Of course our cat can't tell us if he had a bad time, but he always comes home clean and healthy!

Right from the office staff, to the trainers, and through the kennel personnel, I found them to be caring and well experienced in their work. It seemed a well oiled machine. I like the care they give my pets when I can't. I am and will be a repeat customer of theirs.
