1. Gets the job done
   Very sterile but efficient. Went with Brooks Joiner on recommendation after State Farm dumped me after 22 years! Probably better broker than an agent. Not much personal touch, but good at getting coverage and tweaking policies. Doesn't get involved in claims. Don't expect a relationship, just efficient business. PROS: Good at brokering CONS: Bad at personal attention
