Quoted one price, then when my friend who gave me a ride there drove away, the price jumped up $100.00. I was lucky they didn't get far. I found this to be very unprofessional, and felt like I was being gouged... no pun intended. Subsequently, I've gotten my tattoo at another very well known parlor (they seem to be the biggest around) who did a great job, for the price that Poda originally quoted...

I had a great experience for my first tattoo. Rosco made me feel comfortable and no pressure what so ever. He customized the tattoo I wanted and made suggestions, but was not offended if I decided to change his suggestion slightly.
