I went into great detail and asked her tons of questions. She was very patient, then gave me what I wanted! She was extremely nice and I felt comfortable with her. I'll be returning!

I specifically said no layers, don't cut side swept bangs shorter just blend them in I'm growing them out, long soft TAPERING around the face for a smooth appearance, what did I get? Not only that but the stylist did just the opposite of what I asked while pretending to understand what I wanted. Called me two days before the appointment to say that the cosmetologist wasn't scheduled to come in that day. Why make an appointment with me if you don't have someone to work that day?
