After reading the bad reviews I was hesitent to go but decided to try it out. I was disapointed from the moment I walked in the door. Bad customer service, the massage was one of the worst I have ever had and I was left for half an hour during my facial with a mask on. So far, I've been going for various massages, but plan to go in for other treatments, such as facials, based on the recommendations of close friends that have standing appointments every couple of weeks.
