
I wanted to like Howley's because it's kind of a West Palm institution. But I went with three other people and we all agreed that lunch was mediocre. Nothing special about it. Good, fast service, but sandwiches were only ok.
Riding down Dixie highway, you'd see Howley's and say Oh cute, a 60's Diner. BUT....a simple diner it is NOT.
