Howley's Restaurant is all right, not great.
I wanted to like Howley's because it's kind of a West Palm institution. But I went with three other people and we all agreed that lunch was mediocre. Nothing special about it. Good, fast service, but sandwiches were only ok.

60's diner with anything but 60's food!
Riding down Dixie highway, you'd see Howley's and say Oh cute, a 60's Diner. BUT....a simple diner it is NOT. The atmosphere is from the 60's with the frosted glass globe lamps, the classis 60's booths and counter, but the food...the food, is anything but stuck in the 60's.
