- incompetent and rude
Calling to refill a prescription held at another CVS involved being put on hold four or five times and talking to as many people. I was treated rudely (as if my request were an unreasonable burden) and the employees appeared incompetent (or just lazy). For example, they at first claimed that they could not transfer a prescription from another CVS!

When you need something general, you saw somewhere else at a grocery store and don't have time to get there, you will be coming here because like I said, they are always close by and open. A larger than anticipated selection and kept fairly clean. They still have great ice-cream selections -- yum!
Read More On Citysearch shadowphoenix 8/2/2002 - A little of this, a little of thatSav-on is one of those places where you always find what you're looking for, plus a half-dozen other things you didn't realize you needed. In addition to fulfilling regular pharmacy needs, this store also has lots of everyday household items. As a weird side note, Sav-on also has an impressive selection in the liquor department--excellent prices on some very nice spirits.
