What a hardware store should be
Remember when the folks at the hardware store actually knew something about home improvement and were willing to help you. Well, DW Moody is that kind of place. When you walk in the door, two or three folks will offer to help you. Customer service is excellent, and they have all the basic things you'll ever need, plus great gifts for mom and the kids.

They are there when you walk in ready to assist you. Name a place that they greet you when you walk in and take you to exactly what you are looking for. You can get in and out in less than ten minutes.
