1. no one answers the phone, then it goes blank
   I made a purchase in your store yesterday and used my credit cards. I cannot find my id or credit cards and trying to call to find out if your store has them. NO one answers the phone, tried all day long, after 30 rings, it goes blank, then disconnects. HOw can you run a business that does not answer the phones? This is absolutely horrible and I will never do business in your store again.
