i like this gym. the place is always pretty clean and it has a really cool down to earth crowd. none of the douchy Golds Gym almost defecate yourself lifting crowd.
i wish the free weight room was a bit bigger. free weight fanatics need not apply. but i guess that has to do with space more than anything.
the cardio room rocks and there seems to be plenty of classes although i have not indulged.

This place is very clean, classes are great and so are the instructors. I've already talked a couple friends into joining also. This is just the place I've been looking for. Highly recommend it

After canceling our membership, we received a notice from Club One informing us that we had overdue membership dues. We called Club One who informed us that they had not canceled our contract but in-fact extended our contract for another year.
