If you know upfront that this is a dive bar, you're ahead of the game. I didn't realize this and wasn't very happy with my experience - although my colleagues were. Based on that - and not mine (I prefer more upscale bars), I would say it was an OK bar.

The owners are the bartenders and they won't pay any attention to you, but then when you don't have a drink they yell at you to either drink or leave.
