He told me what would be appropriate for my face shape and hair texture. I've never gotten more compliments on my hair and at least 5 of my friends moved over to him. The salon is relaxed and fun. I do highlights every other visit to spice it up and a cut every 3 months. Different staff have taken care of me and I must say that Yann must doing something right because the result is always excellent. I haven't tried Yann yet but might treat myself before the summer.
