5. Helpful, friendly, Dr. Chatterson is great
   We brought our dog in for the first time the staff was helped us fill out all our paperwork quickly and answered all of our questions, even where the best dog parks in the area where (complete with directions). 6. Great place to take a pet
   Dr. Dahl handled my unrulely dog very well with compassion even after she bit him for trying to examine her. The staff are knowledgable and really care about the animals.

7. Dr. Dahl is an excellent vet
   Performed excellent surgery on my dog for an ACL tear. Has given very valuable advice on the care of my dog.

8. Excellent Patient Care
   My dog is very aggressive towards men and the vet handled him very well. The staff treated me with kindness and respect even though my dog was unrulely. They even cleaned up the mess he made.!! I give two thumbs up!!

9. Faulty Lab tests
   We cannot recommend this facility. We took a completely healthy animal in to be neutered. We were notified I hour later that the dog had "life shortening" issues and that there was major concerns. After 8 hours of pure emotional hades we were told that the dog was fine and that just the lab facilities/tests were in error. 10. Front office staff not kind
    Front office staff is rude. Have been going there for years however after last visit I had had enough. I had shared my opinion with the physician and next time I had called received the same poor service from front desk.

11. Try Another Vet
    Be careful going here. Staff is rude. I have been lied to by a staff member. I question their commitment to customer satisfaction. I'm taking my animal out of there immediately.
