It's one of the rare spots on Capitol Hill where you can acutally hear the person next to you when they talk to you! You don't feel like you're on Capitol Hill, but instead in some cafe in Nice or Avignon, dining on international cuisine and abosrbing the fine ambience the restaurant has to offer. Plus, the male bartender is extremely hot to boot. :)
