Every time I go to this store I'm disappointed. I seriously saw a new with tags item priced more than the tag! That's right.. Target wanted $3.75 for the pants but Kids on 45th wanted $5.00. I love that I can buy new stuff at Kids on 45th with a discount when I sell my used baby clothes. They carry top notch brands (new and used), have an excellent and knowledgeable staff and are in a great location. The store is cramped so don't go if you are in a rush. Love this store!!

I usually wander over to Kids on 45th after checking out Wallingford Center. I love finding consignment bargains but the overstuffed racks make it very difficult. It is a long and narrow store and not very inviting for browsing. Kids on 45th might be awesome if they had more space.
PROS: Cute new clothes
CONS: difficult to see full selection
Read More On Citysearch Citysearch User 11/30/2005 - You have to love this place...There is always a great variety of clothing for kids of all ages. The quality is always nice! The toy selection is great! The dollar rack is a BARGAIN, and to top it off, the staff is REALLY enjoyable and helpful!
Great place to find quality used kids clothing.

Ive found specialty labels like Spuds and Red Rhino here before. The new clothes are very colorful and kind of on the pricey side. The used clothes are pretty reasonably priced. They also sell strollers, high chairs and toys. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Prices are very reasonable and the staff is super nice. They also carry new items, books, toys and baby gear. Another plus is the great selection of Burt's Bees products. Parking on steet is sometimes hard to find.

It is a little hard to look through things as somone is always trying to squeeze past, but some very functional clothes can be found here for very reasonable prices. They also have a line of new cotton knit clothes and they sell consigned strollers and a few other gear items. They also take clothing on consignment.

I always check here for anything I want before buying new. I have never been disappointed in the items I have bought here! They are really helpful, too! If they don't have what you are looking for when you go there, wait a week or two and go back - the stock is constantly changing!
