  7. Best personal training!
I was very intimidated at first to go to the proclub. As soon as I began my training regime, I immediately felt very comfortable. Soon after, the staff began to know me and call me by my first name I can see myself coming to this gym for years to come.

  8. Great Food, Great Club for your entire family
We were looking for a place for our (2) boys to get excercise , join sports training programs to help them advance their skills in sports. My Husband and I were terribly out of shape and needed a diet exercise program. We joined the Pro Sports club after looking into about (5) clubs in the area. This club has everything if you want to make changes and keep your entire family healthy. The programs...

  9. Pro club Auto: Almost stole my money
I recently had my car serviced at Pro club Auto and had a really bad experience. 1.) The service was too too expensuve, I thought the work done would be superior since they charge so much, but no not at all. (Get you car serviced at a local road side shop and save some $$ instead.) 2. They rang the charge twice on my credit card. few weeks later I was accidentally going through my credit s...

  10. ummm... not so much
I work for Microsoft and I have heard some of my co-workers talk about the pro sports club here at work. I gave the club a try, but it really is not for people like me. I think it is too expensive, too uninviting, and too expensive... Did I mention that it is too expensive? While I was told that since I work for Microsoft I would receive a discount, I was wondering when they were going to knoc...

  11. Food in Cafe is bad and expensive.
We have been members for a long time and the food in the upstairs cafe has always been bad. They recently added breakfast so we thought we would give it another try. The swimming pools are packed on weekends so you would think you would have to rush to get a table. But it's never busy as nobody heads up there afterwards and I know why. The burger was not cooked in the middle eventhough we ordere...

  12. Overrated
I tried to work out at this gym on a membership offered through my company. I had tried out some of the other clubs in the area, Redmond Athletic Club, Zen Rock, Bally, etc... The look and feel of the club were good, the staff was good, the food I had was good, but if I had to rate this club based on value I don't think you really truly get what you pay for.

  13. Outrageous Prices
Does this club realize we are in a recession? I took my son, a high school student and athlete at Bellevue High, to view the Pro Sports Club as a possible workout facility. I was AMAZED when I found out how much it would cost for a membership for our family. Now, I must compliment the beautiful marble floors and pillars when you first walk in, but do I want to pay that much for a Gym? HECK NO...

  14. If Disneyland made a health club...THIS would be IT! (minus the long lines!)
PRO is a magical place of health, wellness and mind-body rejuvenation! --- I personally recommend the 20/20 smoothies as well as the following, to name just a few: Zumba, Kick boxing, Total Body Makeover as well as FX Fusion and Boot Camp at the Performance Center. --- In the Spa (newly remodeled and gorgeous) I recommend: microcurrent toning facials (Laura, Andrea, Gina, Monique), the signature...

  15. Terrible Service
On a recent visit with my fiance to the spa I encountered poor treatment and service. The staff were not knowledgable or trained well. The appearence of the spa was deplorable. I don't understand how such a nice place could be run into the ground by a team of unqualified individuals. Furthermore, I suggest that you do a little research before making arrangements here.

  17. Not impressed...
I was hyped to hear that the Pro Sports Club had a day spa, so I gave it a try. After receiving two services, I will not be returning. The first experience with the day spa was horrific, to say the least. I had a talk with one of their managers, and they provided me with a complimentary second service to try and make it up to me. Unfortunately, their second chance was worst. I am a loyal cus...

  18. Not at all what I expected
The pictures online make the facility look very inviting. I thought the spa at the pro sports club looked amazing. I am actually quite pleased with the appearance, but the employees seem to be the problem. After checking in to a rude greeting I thought to myself, are these people even happy here? Their pretentious attitude completely turned me off.

  19. This isn't the place for me
Now, I?m not sure what your personal style or taste is, but the Pro Sports Club is not for me. I don?t need a gym that has 100 tennis courts, and even more treadmills. I don?t need a gym that tells me which hours I am allowed to work out. I especially don?t need a gym that has a day spa, food court, and a facility named ?cardio theatre?. Who wants to work out with the lights off while watchin...

  20. Not Recommended
I went to the Bellevue Pro Sports Club to try their massage services. I don?t usually stray from my every day place, but I needed to get in somewhere quickly. I did a little bit of research online before coming in, and thought I was in for a treat. I was wrong about customer service and type of club it actually turned out to be. I would not recommend this club to anyone looking to get a treat...

  21. The worst customer service EVER!!
I tried the Bellevue Pro Sports Club spa because the reviews below led me to believe the experience might be extraordinary.... I found out it was quite the opposite. I first walked into the club and thought it had a nice ambiance, but the rudeness of the front desk staff quickly changed my opinion. They treated me as if I was an outsider, and they all seemed mad and angry and appeared to be mi...

  22. Amazing Experience!
I have tried many so called "luxury spas" in the past, but the Pro Sports Club exceeded my expectations! I had both a massage and a facial, and I will definitely be returning in the near future. The value was excellent - You can't put a price on Superb customer service. They catered to my every need. I would like to give a special thanks to my massage therapist - the happy ending was a nice s...

  23. Best Spa in Seattle
My girlfriends and I decided to visit Spa's monthly. We found out about the Spa from other friends and how beautiful it was. We made a Spa day for 12 of us to celebrate a day away from the Kids and Husbands. We entered the Spa around 9 am and was able to use the gym...WOW, I have never seen a place like this (and I have traveled the World!) We then ventured to the Whirlpool bath followed by th...

  24. Great if social appearance is all that matters to you
wow, can I pay over a thousand dollars to join and over 180 a month just so I can say I belng at the "Pro Club" ....seems to me that would be the only reason to join here....while it is true it is VERY nice, nobody needs that many machines to work out on. People were very unfriendly to me when I walked in (mabye didn't know I could afford it) and I honestly felt like they didn't want me there.....

  25. Don't go to their Spa
Staff was not friendly or helpful. Upon check out was charged even though my appt. was pre paid.I also sent my mother in for Mother's Day the following weekend, to which I pre-paid, and they had assured me there was a "note in the file" for her NOT TO BE ASKED FOR PAYMENT as this was a surprise for Mother's Day. She was asked for payment when she checked out as well. I would say do not go here fo...

The fee for sign up if you are non-microsoft is over 1k- beware. However, the nice thing about this is that it keeps the club at quality control- prevents the club from becoming the average "meat market" health club out there. Attracts those who are serious about their health & getting in shape. Sadly, the staff is AWFUL. Ages of staff usually vary between 18-early 20's & I think they are more co...

  27. Overpriced and under delivered
If you are looking for a luxurious enviroment for a sports club, ProClub is it. If you are looking to receive value for the money you pay for the proclub, you will be sadly disappointed. Although the facilities are spacious and new, the people who work there need to go to customer service school. This place is ran by inviduals to whom customer service is not a priority. For the money you pay to...

This has got to be one of the best gyms in the world. For one thing, it's huge so you almost never have to wait to use anything. The trainers and staff are very personable and extremely helpful. I LOVE THIS GYM!

Unbelievable service and friendly, helpful attitude. You can get your workout, spa treatment, car detailing, and healthy food for the day all in one place, not to mention fresh flowers to go! This has got to be the best fitness facility on the planet.

  30. Best Health Club
The service I recieved was outstanding. The personal trainer that I worked with gave me a phenomial workout. He explained the purpose of all the exercises to me, and made sure I knew how to do all of the exercises correctly. The group fitness classes are very fun, but will kick your behind. The instructors are super fit with lots of energy. Great food in their bistro.

  31. Seattle Pro Club: Good Things in Small Packages
I'm a member of the Seattle Pro Club, exclusively (most people are members of Bellevue or both). My membership start up fee was reasonable, and the monthly is about $50. -But for this, I get towel service, great customer service (the trainers and staff know my name), and a great no-stress workout environment. Sure, the place is not nearly the size of Bellevue, and there isn't a pool, but you'v...

  32. Posh healthclub
I've been to several healthclubs in the area, but this is the one I belong to. It's very clean, the equipment is usually in good shape and I've never waited for a piece of equipment in the 7 years I've been a member(I've had to change around my weight routine waiting for weights). I don't have to go at odd times but off-peak is definitely more peaceful. Some classes were inspired and other dull....

  34. PRO Sports Club
Overall great service and facility. We need NEW Instructors and NEW music, though because the classes tend to get boring after attending 2 weeks in a row. Send those instructors to a choreography class once in a while ... we pay enough in dues to have them update their moves!

  35. Great for adults - not good for kids
Crowded before and after work but the off hours aren't bad. Classes are good and the facilities are really nice. However the club has rules making it somewhat child unfriendly. Children are restricted to the point of making family memberships useless - these will be a waste of money. However this club is great if you are single or a couple without children and you don't mind working out on ...
