I had tried out some of the other clubs in the area, Redmond Athletic Club, Zen Rock, Bally, etc... The look and feel of the club were good, the staff was good, the food I had was good, but if I had to rate this club based on value I don't think you really truly get what you pay for.

He explained the purpose of all the exercises to me, and made sure I knew how to do all of the exercises correctly. The group fitness classes are very fun, but will kick your behind. The instructors are super fit with lots of energy. Great food in their bistro.

We need NEW Instructors and NEW music, though because the classes tend to get boring after attending 2 weeks in a row.
