Great cutomer Service, receiptionist & vet assistants
The staff at old Dominion Animal Clinic are wonderful! I really like it that the assistants are more than just assistants they really care about the animals & what's so really nice they remember you & your animal even when your pet is not with you.

Lacking Bedside Manners
The vet here is okay from a medical standpoint, but I wasn't impressed with his approach towards my cats or towards me. Even after I told him that I worked for a vet for many years, he still treated me like a child who didn't know what I was talking about. He doesn't even come across as being crazy about animals.
