Stay Away!! Customer Beware!
I was referred to this rug expert by a reputable rug company in Cary Town. I had a runner that my elderly dog urinated on and needed to get it professionally cleaned. Christian-Lorraine makes you sign a disclaimer form before they will take your rug. (not an option). They ruined my rug completely.
