You will find no finer cheesesteak establishment in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area than Al's Steak House. Dare I say, the quality of cheesesteakyness is only rivalled in Philladelphia. It's really small (only a couple of tables) and expect a wait, especially at lunch time... but you would do yourself a great disservice by missing out on this DC dining treasure.
