1. Rude employees
   I have been going into Thundercloud's since 1981. I love their subs. It use to be a great fresh Austinie kind of place. Now you go in and the employees are rude. Your lucky if you get what you ask for. If you don't ask for Thunder Sauce now...you won't get it. 2. Great sandwiches, but horrible service
   Are the employees at this Thundercloud location (Burnet Rd) deliberately trying to keep customers away? I was in on a Tuesday evening (7pm - that's not *late*, right?) because my boyfriend had a cold, but he was feeling well enough to crave a hot Thundercloud sub.
