These guys aren't super stellar as denoted by many reviews but they aren't awful either. The people are very friendly. I've taken my car here twice for insurance repairs. Worst collision repair in Austin
Wow. I'll never go here again. Total F- grade workmanship. My car was rear-ended. It was the other driver's fault and their insurance was taking care of it. Longhorn collision is nothing but garbage. They will charge the insurance for parts that are not replaced. Charge the insurance and customers for service that is never done. Fix cars for cash and not keep any records of the transaction. Have you vehicle worked on by unqualified techs. If you do decided to go there ask to see the employees certifaction. There will be none.

Look at the reviews!
I was looking for a collision repair place and came across this on citysearch. I HAVE NOT actually been to this place but if you look at the reviews, its completely obvious that they are fake! No Worries with this body shop
Longhorn worked well with my insurance company. My repairs to longer then expected, so I started to worry but no need to. There was some hidden damaged but they got right on it.My rental car was handled and the repair delay wasn't a issue at all.

Staff are friendly and helpful with insurance, rentals, the works. My car was repaired in record time and to my satisfaction. I had minor fender damage and feared that you would always see the line where the new fender kinda matched the body frame. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. The repair is seamless. Cool!

These guys were great! I didn't have insurance and they worked with me to get the cost down to where I could afford it. dishonest and difficult
I nearly totaled my car. Other driver's fault and he had no insurance. He was paying out of pocket and I wanted to find the cheapest place that would do a good job. Poor repair skills and customer service
When they said my car was fixed I could immidiately notice that my bumper was not put on properly. When I inquired about it they made it sound like that was the way it was supposed to be. Hassle-Free, Quality Work
I'm so glad I had my car towed to Longhorn Collision Center. The people there immediately arranged for a rental car. I was updated on the progress of the repair and kept informed of any changes along the way. My car was done when they said it would be and looked just like it did before the accident.
