The Theta Special or the Chubby Chuck both top Hut's unique veggie patty with delicious hickory sauce, sandwiched between soft hamburger buns - yummy but messy. The service is fast, the waitstaff are nice, the atmosphere is "Austiny", and the drinks are huge so you never have to wait on a refill.

Their blue plate specials are a good value and there is a 2 for 1 special on a burger almost everyday.
Their milkshakes are definitely worth trying!!

Not only are these burgers big and juicy, but they're topped with options from the standard cheese/lettuce/tomato to guacamole, pineapple and ham. My favorite is the Dagburger, which is nothing more exotic than 2 giant patties with the standard fixins, but man, is that a burger!
