Don't throw away your shoes! Take them to Austin Shoe Hospital instead. They can help you with most shoe repairs as well as leather reapirs. I've had some purses fixed that had broken straps, etc. They always do a great job and the price is reasonable considering you don't have to go out and buy a new pair of $100 shoes and then kill your feet trying to break them in. Austin Shoe Hospital is sucks!! Bad customer service and doesn't get the job done!!! I took my shoes to get shined on a Wednesday to be picked up Friday after 3 pm. I went to pick up the shoes and the shoes were not shined. The guy would not shine the shoes for me because it was almost time to close and he didn't want to stay later. What kind of business is that?

First Timer - Great Experience! It was the first time I've ever had my shoes repaired. Usually I just by a new pair. However, decided to try it. They did an amazing job! The heel and sole were completely worn through. They were replaced and the shoe was reconditioned like new. The great thing was they are already worn in and comfortable.
