

Take them to Austin Shoe Hospital instead. They can help you with most shoe repairs as well as leather reapirs. I've had some purses fixed that had broken straps, etc. They always do a great job and the price is reasonable considering you don't have to go out and buy a new pair of $100 shoes and then kill your feet trying to break them in.
Bad customer service and doesn't get the job done!!! I took my shoes to get shined on a Wednesday to be picked up Friday after 3 pm. I went to pick up the shoes and the shoes were not shined.
