Our family has been serving up fantastic barbeque in Houston since 1964. A natural evolvement at Demeris was the establishment of a catering division in the early 80's. Demeris Catering is now the 3rd largest caterer in Houston as listed by the Houston Business Journal Book of Lists. We have the staff and experience to accommodate functions for as many as 20,000 people. With the advent of the catering division, we brought on a whole new line of menus. From board room to ballroom, we will take care of any special event. Our menus range from barbeque and baked beans to filet mignon and shrimp brochette.
