Mr. Lechner's ability to individually recognize and appreciate each customer makes each visit memorable and personal. The menu consists of German-Austrian specialty items. The selection of sausages includes weisswurst, knackwurst or Polish sausages. The wienerschnitzel is a delicate veal cutlet that is breaded and pan-fried. The menu also offers the heritage dinner.
